We work in close partnership with our delivery provider, DPD, to ensure your goods are delivered within the time slots you select during checkout.

Ownership and Responsibility
The ownership of the product(s) transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address. Please be aware that if the delivery address differs from your place of residence, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that may occur during the subsequent journey to your final destination.
It is essential that an adult is available to accept the delivery. Couriers are authorised to request proof of age from the recipient.

Delivery Charges
For orders under 20kg with a value exceeding £45.00, we offer complimentary delivery within the UK. For orders below £45.00 and 20kg, the delivery fee is £4.99. Each additional 20kg incurs an extra charge of £4.99.

Next Business Day Delivery
Deliveries are facilitated by our trusted partner, DPD, offering next business day delivery. However, please note that while we endeavour to ensure next day delivery, this is subject to DPD’s operations and external factors beyond our control.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders received after 12:00 noon will be scheduled for collection by our couriers the following day.

Free Local Delivery
We are pleased to offer free local delivery for our customers within selected postcode areas. To qualify for this complimentary service, simply place an order of £45.00 or more. This offer applies to a wide range of postcodes, ensuring that many of our customers can benefit from this convenient option.
